How does the Zendesk Gather trial work?
Your Zendesk Gather trial starts on the Professional plan and lasts 14 days.
What happens at the end of my Gather trial?
Gather works alongside any tier of Zendesk Guide and Zendesk Support plans, including Guide Lite which is available for free.
If you are a Support and Guide customer and would like to continue using Gather beyond the free trial, you will have to purchase a Gather Professional subscription. If you are not yet a Zendesk customer, you will need to purchase a subscription to Zendesk Support and Guide (or use the Lite plan for free) before continuing to use Gather.

Are there any additional contracts or fees? Can I change plans?
Nope, all you need to do is pay for your agents. That’s it. There are no setup or initiation fees, and most customers are fully up and running in a day.
Gather Professional plan is available month-to-month or annually. You can start, stop, or make changes to your plan at any time, but note that refunds are not given for cancellation or downgrades. (See our Terms of Service for full details.)
Do I need to buy a Gather seat for every agent on my Support and Guide account?
Yes. You will need the exact number of seats you have on your Support and Guide plans. However, you can mix and match any plan tiers you’d like, including Guide Lite which is available for free.
